Attendance Software (v3.17) Users

There is an update to the Attendance Software:  

1.  Replacement of the current .exe file.

Below are update instructions and a list of changes.  After the update
has been completed, the version number will be v3.18.

Instructions to replace current .exe file w/ updated .exe file
------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Open a web browser software (i.e. Microsoft Internet Explorer)

2. Go to the following web site: http://www.cde.ca.gov/fg/sf/aa/attendance0304.asp

3. Right click on the "Attendance Exe Update" link and press "Save Target As"

4. Select the following location:  
   c:\Program Files\Attendance Software\Attendance Software - 2003-04\V3.17

5. Press Save

6. When asked if you want to replace an existing file, select Yes

The update has been completed.

List of Attendance Changes
------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. GATE data entry screen allows an unchecked box to be saved and exported.

2. Single digit county codes in export file name are now two digits (i.e. 01).
