Elementary and Secondary Education Act, Part A, Section 3121 requires each Title III subgrantee to report on its implementation of language instruction programs.

The survey questions relate to the implementation of language instruction programs in your local educational agency (LEA) during the 2010-11 school year, whether or not paid for with Title III funds. Consortium leads should complete a separate survey for each member of the consortium.

This survey should be completed by the Title III Director or a person knowledgeable about the Title III program in your agency.
