As a condition of receiving funding, each Title III Immigrant Student Program subgrantee is required to submit reports as necessary.

The survey questions relate to the participation of immigrant students in Title III-funded activities in your local educational agency (LEA) during the 2010-11 school year. Consortium leads should complete a separate survey for each member of the consortium.

This survey should be completed by the Title III Director or a person knowledgeable about the Title III program in your agency.
