As a condition of receiving funding under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), as reauthorized by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), each Title III Immigrant Student Program subgrantee is required to submit reports as necessary (20 United States Code Section 3121[a-b]).
The report questions relate to the participation of immigrant students in Title III-funded programs and activities in your local educational agency (LEA) during the 2023-24 school year. Consortium leads should complete a separate report for each member of the consortium.
This report should be completed by the director or administrator who oversees Title III immigrant student services in your agency. Thorough, accurate, and timely data submission is critical to this reporting process.
