Health Education Standards
Additional information about the Standards below:- The Health Education Standards were developed for Kindergarten through Grade 12.
- The Health Education Standards for Grades 7-8 and Grades 9-12 were developed for grade bands (e.g. Grade 10 Standards are within Grades 9-12 Standards).
- Standards for Growth, Development, and Sexual Health were developed for Grade 5, Grades 7-8, and Grades 9-12 only.
- These Standards were approved by the CA State Board of Education in 2008.
