How to download

Download the Charter School Alternative Form by choosing your county, district, and school.

Choose your county, district, and school from the three drop-down boxes below.

After you have chosen these three items, the system will prompt you to download an Excel spreadsheet file that has been named specifically for your school. At the prompt, select "Save." and then designate where the file should be saved before opening and entering your financial data.

Note: If you encounter difficulties when using the Alternative form, it might be necessary to adjust settings within Excel. The macros must be enabled and macro security level must be set to low. This ensures form validation messages will display. Form validation ensures all required forms are completed and prevents the submission of incomplete or incorrect data.
